FAQ- I've done resets in the past. How is this different from a reset or typical cleanse?

Balanced Body Holistic Reset is not a typical reset that you do for a few days or weeks thinking you will receive quick results. This isn't a quick fix, it's a REAL fix. It's a deep do-able reset that helps you say HELLO to the freedom of searching for the trend or quick fix diet. This is a lifestyle reset that teaches you how to eat to help your body function properly, how to kick your metabolism into fat burn mode and how to live this lifestyle sustainably.

FAQ- Is this a keto or the new carnivore diet?

No. In Balanced Body Holistic Reset we eat as naturally as possible. While we do prioritize protein, we do not follow keto or carnivore.

FAWQ- Is this restrictive? Can my whole family follow this course information?

Yes, I highly recommend the entire family incorporate this course information into their daily habits in order to prevent illness and metabolic dysfunction. This course is not restrictive; we focus on fueling the body the best food sources that we can. But by restrictive you mean, cutting out the junk food, eliminating process/inflammatory foods, then yes. Because those foods are not real and do NOT fuel our bodies.
